Handed out with this information sheet.  Please have them filled out when you arrive on Saturday.  You can also print your own using the link below.

Please provide the completed order form and payment (if cash / cheque) to the team manager, Michael Mallinson, before or during the dressing room photos.

 

Photo Timeline

• 9:00 AM - Individual dressing room photos
• 9:30 AM - Team photos on ice (with and without coaches)
• Individual photos on ice (with and without siblings)
• 10:30 AM - Practice (when photos done)

 

Instructions

 

Photos will start about 30 minutes before the ice time!!!  Please be ready!

 

1. Have the girls come dressed in their hockey gear excluding their helmet, neck guard, gloves, and skates. Skates can be put on at the rink.
2. Girls must be wearing their blue Cyclones game jersey, so they match for the team photo.
3. Bring your white jersey on a hanger to use as a backdrop for the dressing room photo.
4. All participating siblings must be ready in gear and waiting for their turn after the team photos.
