Player and Parent Fair Play 

VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK

ALL Coaches, Bench Staff and Executive members require a MANDATORY Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) every 2 years. 

Failure to provide your current and up-to-date VSC will result in being asked to step down from your Coaching or Staff position.

All VSC's must be attached to your Spordle Account and submitted through the Screening Submission Portal. This link will provide you step-by-step instructions on How to submit your VSC.

VSC Requirements For Team Staff

How to Apply:
If you are in an OPP jurisdiction, you must apply online at https://www.opp.ca/index.php?id=147&lng=en
If you are outside an OPP jurisdiction, this would include, but not limited to, Smiths Falls and Ottawa, you must see your local police service to request your VSC. 

The VSC process, through the OPP, is currently taking about 2-3 months, when you apply they do advise of what date they are currently processing.
