VSC Requirements For Team Staff

** PLEASE NOTE**  Failure to provide this document will result in being asked to step down from your Coaching or Staff position.
ALL Coaches, Bench Staff and Executive require a MANDATORY Police Record Check every 2 years.  Fill out the form and bring it to the OPP Station.  The process usually takes around 1 week. 

For Bench Staff and Volunteers

Coaches Fair Play 
Respect in Sport (online) - This is mandatory for all bench staff and parents in the dressing rooms.

OWHA Sanction Permit - Any time your team plays a team from outside of Ontario, regardless of where the game is played.
