Carleton Place Cyclones Goalie Development
We are pleased to introduce a new development initiative for our Cyclones goaltenders.
For those that are interested, this is a 10 week program held at the Bell Sensplex. Only 1 segment will be provided - Fall session runs from October to December. To register: Dave Stathos Goalie Performance Center - Ottawa Goalie School and Camps
10-WEEK PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM
The program includes 1-hour on-ice per week for 10 weeks and goalies of all levels are encouraged to register. This 10-week segment is part of a 30-Week Annual Goalie Development Plan for each group: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Very limited spots are available so make sure to register early. We offer a very low goalie to coach ratio to maximize training time and feedback. These smaller groups also allow us to create weekly development plans for each goalie’s specific needs. Development plans are based on Hockey Canada, Finland, and Sweden’s goalie development models with a special emphasis on mobility, balance, edge control, agility, tracking, active stick, active hands, and post play.
30-WEEK ANNUAL GOALIE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The annual plan is broken down into 3 segments of 10-week each which are offered in the fall, winter, and spring. A new registration is required for each new segment.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
If you need to miss one of your 10 sessions for any reason out of your control please notify us at least 24h in advance and you will be able to reschedule your missed session for another night of the same week. This program is offered 3 nights a week and at both Bell and Richcraft.
COST
The cost of the program is $700+HST. CPGHA Goalies will be reimbursed $500+HST by the association for participating in this development opportunity. (1 segment only) Proof of purchase will be required to the Treasurer by February 1, 2024.
