RAMP Game Portal

For full details on how and when to add games to the GameSheet App, please visit the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association (OWHA) website powered by RAMP InterActive.


Game Types

League Games

League games are those played within your team’s designated league (e.g., OWHL Eastern, OWHL Southern, OWHA U22 Elite, etc.).

  • Only league games should be scheduled under the “League Games” tab in the RAMP Game Portal.

To Create League Games:


Portal Games (Non-League Games)

Portal games include:

  • Exhibition games
  • Tournament games
  • Any non-league games
  • All non-league games must be entered under the “Portal Games” tab.
  • Teams not participating in a formal league should enter all games here.

Team & Game Responsibilities

Home Team Responsibilities

  • Schedule and create the game in the portal
  • Ensure both home and visiting team names are entered correctly
  • Provide appropriate access codes to visitors and officials
  • Select bench staff and players using the team code
  • Review and sign the game sheet prior to the game

Visiting Team Responsibilities

  • Use the Visitor Code to access the game
  • Select bench staff and players participating
  • Sign the game sheet prior to the game
  • After the game, log into the OWHA GameSheet Portal to:
    • Review game details
    • Verify and approve the completed game

Timekeeper Responsibilities

  • Launch the GameSheet App using the Game Code (with Wi-Fi) before the game
  • Enter:
    • Officials’ names and OWHA Referee numbers (If a referee number is unavailable, include name and city of residence)
    • Scores, penalties, and all game details
  • Mark the game as completed at the end
  • Keep backup materials (paper game sheets, notepad, pens) in case of technical issues

Officials Responsibilities

  • Access the app using the Officials Code before the game
  • Provide full name and OWHA Referee number to the timekeeper
  • Review and confirm all game details entered in the app
  • Sign the game sheet
  • Submit any required write-ups directly to OWHA
    • (Write-ups are not shared with teams)
  • Complete all requirements immediately following the game
