Here are a few off-ice training videos recommended by trainer, Tess Nicholson:
This first one is great for kids who have a sibling to help them out (or even some enthusiastic parents). Like they mention in the video, they are great for speed and agility. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewOcYlzrsss
These next two are great for limited space areas. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EKmSz_GZbA
This is a bodyweight speed workout. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QGH5pnue44

I did not forget about the goalies! These stretches will be good for players too! Moves actually start at 2:00. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8F3uzTjiFho
These certainly don't need to be done in full all the time, but a few moves consistently along with some outdoor play or whatever other sport you may do will help!
Coach Chalmers would like to add that you should be practicing your shooting at home a few times per week. This includes wrist shot, slapshot, snapshot, and backhand.
