Annual General Meeting
CPGHA AGM - Save the Date
Join us for the CPGHA Annual General Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Carleton Place Arena (Bob Rintoul Hall).
We encourage all members to attend and take part in shaping the future of our association.
During the meeting, members will receive updates on key initiatives, financial performance, and future plans. It’s also a great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and engage in meaningful discussion with fellow members.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to allow for registration and seating. To make the most of the meeting, please feel free to bring any questions or relevant information you’d like to discuss during the open forum.
Positions up for re-election include:
- President
- Treasurer
- Ice Scheduler
- High Performance Director
- House League Director
- Coach Representative
- Special Events & Communications
Please be sure to review the CPGHA Constitution for full details on the nomination process and requirements.
Key points include:
- Any voting member may nominate an individual for a CPGHA executive position
- Nominations must be seconded by a voting member, and the nominee must consent to stand for election
- Nominations for the position of President must be received 14 days prior to the AGM
- All other nominations for an executive position must be received 5 days prior to the AGM
- Completed nomination forms must be submitted via email to the CPGHA Secretary at cpghasecretary@cpgha.ca (forms available under the “Forms” tab on the website)
